Terms and Conditions for Aroma of Rajasthan Travel Agency:

Booking and Payment:

a. To confirm a booking with Aroma of Rajasthan, the customer must pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost.

b. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the tour.

c. In case of a last-minute booking, the full tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. If the customer cancels their booking 30 or more days before the start of the tour, they will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

b. If the customer cancels their booking within 29 days of the start of the tour, there will be no refund.

c. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, we will provide a full refund.

Changes to the Tour:

a. If the customer requests changes to the tour itinerary after booking, we will try our best to accommodate the changes but cannot guarantee availability.

b. Aroma of Rajasthan reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or any other event beyond our control.

c. If Aroma of Rajasthan is forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.

Travel Documents:

a. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.

b. Aroma of Rajasthan is not responsible for any issues arising from the customer's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

Health and Safety:

a. Aroma of Rajasthan takes the safety and wellbeing of our customers seriously and will take all necessary measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.

b. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may require accommodation during the tour.

c. Aroma of Rajasthan is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during the tour.

Liability:

a. Aroma of Rajasthan is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

b. Aroma of Rajasthan is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other event beyond our control.

c. Aroma of Rajasthan's liability is limited to the total cost of the tour booked.

Insurance:

a. Aroma of Rajasthan strongly recommends that customers obtain travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

b. Aroma of Rajasthan is not responsible for any loss or damage not covered by the customer's insurance policy.

Dispute Resolution:

a. Any disputes arising from the tour will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.

b. If negotiation and mediation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of India.

By booking a tour with Aroma of Rajasthan, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
